The history of Klall Group dates back to 1960s, when it was started as a small proprietorship firm by late Sh. Kishori Lall Goyal. The firm supplied the Dyes and Textile auxiliaries to the leading textile dyeing industries in Ludhiana. Under his dynamic leadership and impeccable approach to the business coupled with support and effort of his son, Mr. Mohinder Goyal, the firm quickly expanded its operations in Punjab and adjoining areas and came to be known as “Kishori Lall Rangwala”, pioneering the supply of Textile dyes and auxiliaries in Punjab.

In 1996, the firm set up Dyes manufacturing unit in Ahmadabad to meet the insatiable demand of dyes in dyeing industry and known as Nuchem Dyestuffs (P) Ltd. Since then, the company has consistently supplied dyes under “Cotfix” brand in both domestic and International Markets mainly South-East Asia.

In 2003, the company initiated series of investments in the real estate sector and launched the business in real estate sector by the name of Janpath Estates (P) Ltd in association with Eastman Impex group.

In 2005, to control all the operations from a single location, the group of companies set up a corporate headquarters in Industrial area, Ludhiana and all the companies were clubbed under Klall Group.

In 2006, the Group launched a hotel venture in Mussourie under the name of Park Plaza Sylverton in the central location of Mussourie, to take the leverage of growing tourism in the hill station.

• In 2009, Janpath Estates launched its dream project in the name of "Janpath Villas" at South City, Ludhiana. Project was conceived and executed with complete professionalism and it became the most prestigious project on canal road.
• Completion & handover of Janpath Farms.
• Construction of world Class manufacturing unit at Saykha, Gujarat.
• Launch of Landmark Township Janpath “Atam Vallabh” in appx. 110 Acres consisting of 123 large size plots. Infrastructure created in this township can be rated as one of the best in the country.
• Atam Vallabh is strategically located on Canal Road, well connected to highway with international standard Landscaping & beautifully manicured Parks and surroundings. This is the only Township to have provided the facility of a Helipad within its premises.
• Raised Nevada Housing LLP & launched a group housing Project with name of Ludhiana Heights consisting of 1128 apartments having 1.2 Million Sft area.
• Forming of Nu-advent Realty LLP, Incorporation of Premier Affinity Private Limited to construct real estate, retail, residential & commercial projects.
